1. What are our target markets?
Our second-hand machinery and truck are mainly sold to the following markets: Africa including Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Senegal, Congo, etc.; South American countries include Dominica, Peru, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Barbados, Guatemala, Guyana,etc.; Central and Southeast Asian countries, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, etc.
2. How do we transport our trucks?
Usually, we will transport the vehicle to the destination port for you. Most of us use bulk carriers, except for ports without bulk carriers, we will use ro-ro ships for transportation. If you have your own cooperative shipping company, we can only quote the FOB price for you, transport the vehicle to the port of departure, and then your freight forwarder will load and transport it for you. The transportation time depends on the distance from the destination port.
3.How long does our delivery time take?
Usually, the delivery time about 25 days.
4.After payment, how can we ensure that the vehicle arrives in the customer's country?
In order to show our sincerity, we are willing to accept 50%T/T deposit, 30%T/T payment after the vehicle is refurbished, and the final payment will be paid after we issue a copy of the bill of lading for you. Because the copy of the bill of lading can be used as our delivery certificate, the document shows the vehicle informations, shipping company information, ship name and ship number, which you can search in any browser.
5. After-sales treatment. what I can assure you is that all the vehicles I sold to you were inspected before shipment to ensure that the engine and all the wiring are free of problems. If you need to replace parts in the future, we will provide you with accessories that are lower than the market price, and we will also provide you with technical support, because we have our own factories and technicians.
